Change in class policy:

Instructors will now be paid directly by their students.  Please bring cash or a check the first night of class to pay your instructor.  Classes may also be prepaid at the store prior to the class by check or cash.  Supply lists for each class are available at the store and supplies will be available for purchase from Ewetopia.

Toe Up Socks

Want your socks to always fit you perfectly?  Knitting from the toe up allows you to fit them as you knit them.  Taught by Kay Bertrand.  Class fee $35 plus materials.  Check the calendar page for dates.

Top Down Cardigan

This is another class that allows you to fit your garment as you knit it.  This surprisingly easy sweater is really cute too!  Taught by Karen Behr.  Class fee $45 plus materials.  Check the calendar page for dates.

Mock Cable Infant or Toddler Sweater

This class gives you the opportunity to make a small sweater from newborn to size 3 years.  There is also an adult version if you want a larger sweater.  In this class you will learn to do the mock cable pattern stitch, make the sleeves from the armhole down to the cuff, add a pullover neckband and have lots of fun together as we knit this garment.  :)

Branching Out Scarf

How about giving lace a try with the easy, but elegant scarf?  Taught by Karen Behr, class fee $35.

Knitting 101

If you've been wanting to learn to knit, or haven't picked up needles in a really long time, this is the class for you.  Learn about yarns and needles and the basic stitches.  Project is either a scarf or hat.  Taught by Karen Behr.  Check the calendar page for details.  Class fee $25 plus materials.

Magic Loop Socks

If all those little needles drive you crazy, then this is the sock class for you!  Learn to knit socks using a long circular needle.  Taught by Karen Behr.  Class fee $45 plus materials.  Check the calendar page for dates.

Great American Afghan

Join us twice a month to learn new techniques and end up with a gorgeous afghan.  Check the calendar page for dates.  Taught by Kathie Abke, class fee $10 per class.  The book Great American Afghan is available at the store as is a wide variety of Cascade 220.

Weaving/Spinning

Have you ever want to try spinning your own yarn or weaving your own tea towel or table runner?  Kay Bertrand is offering one on one classes to do any of these projects.  Call the store to set up your appointment with Kay.  Fee is $15 per session.

Late Night Knit (and Crochet)

First and Third Fridays of the month.  The first Friday is a carry in and the third Friday is Pizza night.

Wednesday Sit 'n Stitch

Our Wednesday morning Sit 'n Stitch is very popular.  Join us every Wednesday from 11am-1 pm!

Kids Knitting

Kids knitting is the 1st and 3rd Fridays from 5:30-6:30 pm.  On the 2nd Friday of the month kids have their own late night--Kids' Nights Out!  Cost is $10 and it runs from 5:30-8:30 pm.

Charity Sit 'n Knit (or Crochet)

Always want to do knitting or crochet for a good cause, but never seem to be able to set aside time to do it?  Here is your chance. Join us on the 3rd Sunday of the month and knit or crochet for charity!

Needle felting

Each month Kay Bertrand offers a seasonal class in needle felting where the students have the opportunity to create a 3-D seasonal piece of art.  May's class will feature birds in the backyard, June will be the strawberry of course, and July will feature Christmas in July!
